Under EU consumer law you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason. Use this form to exercise that right electronically.

Enter your order number and the email address used at checkout, then click "Confirm withdrawal". We will immediately send you an acknowledgement of receipt by email, including the date and time of your request, followed by instructions for returning the goods.

Please note: the return shipping costs are borne by the customer, and the goods must be returned unused and in their original packaging within 14 days of your withdrawal notice. The refund, including the standard delivery costs, will be issued within 14 days of receiving the returned goods, using the same payment method used for the purchase.
