REFUND AND RETURN POLICY

According to EU regulations, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods.

Conditions: For hygiene and health protection reasons (especially regarding our Wear/Clothing line and yoga mats), products must be returned sealed, unused, and in their original packaging. We cannot accept returns for items that have been worn, washed, or are missing original tags.

Return Shipping: The cost of return shipping is the sole responsibility of the customer.

Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a defective item or if it was damaged during transit, please contact us immediately at info@charkhayoga.com for a replacement or refund at our expense.
