Cotton Mill — Karnataka, India

Our cotton is produced in the state of Karnataka, in southern India, where weaving is still part of everyday life rather than an industrial process. Here the cotton is worked slowly on traditional looms, following knowledge passed down through generations.
Each piece carries the irregularity and character that only manual weaving can create, not a flaw, but the trace of human presence. The fabric is not meant to dominate the body, but to accompany it, allowing breath and movement to remain natural during practice.

Our Cotton

The cotton we use is transformed entirely through manual processes. Hand spinning and hand weaving allow the fibers to retain their natural softness, breathability, and comfort. The fabric gently adapts to the body, making it particularly suited for yoga practice, meditation, and moments of rest where ease and presence are essential.

Image
Rural Empowerment

We collaborate with rural communities where craftsmanship remains a living tradition. The weaving work provides women and families with a stable source of income within their own villages, reducing the need to migrate toward large cities.
By supporting manual production, we help preserve skills, independence, and dignity. Each garment becomes part of a relationship between people, place, and time, rather than a simple object of consumption.

Image
Sustainability

Our approach is based on continuity rather than innovation for its own sake. Traditional techniques, handlooms, minimal mechanical intervention, and natural processes, reduce energy consumption and avoid unnecessary chemical treatments.
Slowness becomes a form of sustainability: producing only what is needed, respecting materials, and allowing time to be part of the process.

Ecological Impact

We strive to minimize ecological impact by adopting methods that interfere as little as possible with the natural environment. Manual production limits resource consumption, reduces pollution, and keeps the production scale aligned with the capacity of the surrounding ecosystem.

Affordability

Fairness is fundamental to us. Our products are priced in respect of both the people who make them and those who choose them. We seek a balance where craftsmanship is valued while keeping objects made with care, honesty, and responsibility accessible.

The Value of Authenticity

We believe in clear, thoughtful and transparent pricing. We reject artificial discounts, inflated prices and marketing strategies designed to influence purchases. For us, value comes from the quality of raw materials, craftsmanship, care and the real costs behind each product. We believe customers deserve to understand how a price is created. Our approach is simple: transparency, quality and respect. We also believe that authenticity does not always look perfect. Like a naturally grown apple, handmade fabrics may show small irregularities. These are not flaws, but signs of human hands, time and traditional craftsmanship. Industrial perfection means uniformity; craftsmanship means authenticity.

And we choose authenticity.
